We've got moody Weeknd, a Pink Floyd bass line that rewired a generation, surf-soaked solos out of Oahu, and a 3EB deep cut that takes you straight back. The sauce has been slow-cooking all summer and this week it's ready. Let's dig in.

Wes Parker – Dinosaur Park

Lucked into Wes when I heard Eggshellz off his Splinter EP — with that track included on Super Rare, it's one of those albums you have to listen to front to back.

Third Eye Blind – Narcolepsy

One of 3EB's greatest cuts off their self-titled. This band was a significant part of my high school life — seen them live more times than I can count. Truly one of my favorites of all time.

Twin Fin – South of San Francisco

Drenched in spring reverb, the Twin Fin crew takes their self-proclaimed "Cowboy Surf Rock Band" identity seriously. Hailing from Oahu, you get the best of both worlds — a banger of a summer album with searing solos and harmonies that stick.
